摘要: 目的运用文献计量的方法了解和分析国内外***霉素B肾毒性相关文献的研究现状和方向。
方法:在PubMed、Web of Science、KI数据库中检索***霉素B肾毒性方面的文献,按
照文献的发表年份、作者、研究机构、发表期刊、文献类型等进行统计分析。结果:国内外纳入研
究的相关文献总数为638篇, 其中中文31篇, 外文607篇, 从1981年开始逐年增长,2005年达到高
峰,当年发表文献127篇结论:***霉素B的肾毒性文献近20年来显著增加, 随着***霉素B愈来
愈广泛的应用,***霉素B的肾毒性愈来愈受到重视,相关研究更加深入。

[ABSTRACT] Objective: To investigate the development of Amphotericin B nephrotoxicity research from 4 major
databases (Pubmed, Embase ,ISI ,CNKI) since 1963 to 2013 based on a bibliometric approach for under s tanding the
progress of Amphotericin B nephrotoxicity and providing reference Methods:With “nephrotoxicity”as the key word, all
literatures were searched on Pubmed, Embase and ISI database (1963 –) . The amount of literature, publication
date, authors, research institutes , published journals , Reference type were analyzed Results:A total of 638 literature
papers were searched from four databases.
