Dry climate, evaporation is about 3 times of rainfall, leading to water resources shortage
Entire water environment is poor: Poor circulation, polluted water, notably 2 sewage rivers in the north and south boundaries
Existing plant condition is degraded, leading to low biodiversity
Soil salinization creates few adaptive species and high cost of planting
