摘要

如今在校大学生均为“80 后”,他们是构建社会主义和谐社会的
特殊承担者、科学发展观的重要实践者、提高综合国力的重要生力军、
坚持正确政治道路的特殊较量者。然而,他们大多是独生子女,社会
的科技发展、改革开放、经济全球化——复杂的成长环境造就了他们
价值观念、思维方式、行为方式、思想心态的特殊性,比如:自我中
心意识强,集体合作奉献意识弱;要求权利意识强,社会责任意识弱
等。无论是从他们自身的特点变化,还是客观世界的需要来看,加强
和改进“80 后”大学生思想政治教育都显得尤为重要。
本文第一部分研究了“80 后”大学生特殊的成长环境,分析了
其特点;第二部分从社会及自身需要两个方面分析了加强和改进“80
后”大学生思想政治教育的重要意义;第三部分描述了“80 后”大
学生思想政治教育的现状、面临的挑战以及困难,并分析了全球化多
元化以及网络信息化背景下带来的机遇;第四部分提出了加强与改进
“80 后”大学生思想政治教育工作的方法与建议,从指导思想、主
要内容、方法创新三个方面进行了分析,强调了以人为本、帮助“80
后”大学生成才是根本、关注“80 后”大学生利益、解决困难是关
键,并提出了若干方法创新的具体对策建议。

RESEARCH ON THE IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL
EDUCATION TO POST-80S GENERATION

ABSTRACT

Nowadays, all the university students are from the post-80s
generation. This generation is the builders of our harmonious socialist
society, practitioners of scientific concept of development, fresh troops
which improve prehensive national strength and people who
pursue a correct political direction. However, most of them are the only
children of their family. plicated circumstances, including the
development of science and technology, reform and opening-up and
economic globalization, have shaped the characteristics of the post-80s
generation. They are self-centered and not dedicated; they always ask for
rights, but do not take social responsibilities; they like pete, but
suffer from low quality of mind; they are creative, but can not hold to
convictions. No matter from what angle, it is important for us to
strengthen the ideological and political education to the post-80s
generation.
The thesis contains four main parts. The content of the first and
second parts is depicted as in the first paragraph. Furthermore, the third
