摘要
本文介绍了电梯在七层建筑中的工作过程,PLC控制系统的硬件及软件,着重分析了电梯的自动平层、开关门、平层、层楼显示等梯形图的研究。随着我国经济的高速发展,微电子技术、计算机技术和自动控制技术也得到了迅速发展,电梯技术的可靠性越来越高,已经进入了一个崭新的时代,其应用越来越广。电梯作为现代高层建筑的垂直交通工具,与人们的生活紧密相关,随着人们对其要求的提高,电梯得到了快速发展,其逻辑控制也由PLC代替原来的继电器控制。电梯采用了PLC控制,用软件实现对电梯运行的自动控制,可靠性大大提高。控制系统结构简单,外部线路简化。另外可方便地增加或改变控制功能。
将可编程序控制器(PLC)应用于7层电梯进行逻辑控制,大大提高了电梯可靠性、可维护性以及灵活性,延长了使用寿命,同时缩短了电梯的开发周期。系统中PLC是系统的核心,电梯的各种信号送到PLC,然后又由PLC发出控制信号和指示信号给门控装置和楼层显示器去控制电梯的运行状态,PLC根据输入信号和呼叫信号对目前电梯所处的位置自动确定电梯的运行方向,到达目的层后,自动的平层、停车、开关门,在运行过程中显示电梯的实际位置和运行方向,同时完成对呼叫信号的登记、保号、销号等工作;
本文在软件方面主要完成了层楼显示回路、选向回路、选层回路、指令和召唤回路的设计。采用PLC对电梯进行控制,通过合理的选择和设计,提高了电梯的控制水平,并改善了电梯运行的舒适感,使电梯达到了较为理想的控制效果。

ABSTRACT
