随着传感器技术、电子技术、微机技术的发展,称重技术得到了快速发展,数字化,智能化在称重装置中的应用越来越广泛并且有了长足的进步,由此称重装置的研究也进入了一个新的阶段。
皮带秤是安装在皮带输送机上适当位置上的对散装货物进行连续、累计称量的计量器具。是工业生产应用最广泛的检测技术设备之一,经常应用于在矿山、冶金、煤炭、化工、建材、轻工等行业。在众多场合,电子皮带秤可以起到减员增效,节支创收,减少误差的作用,大大提高了工业生产的自动化程度。
本课题深入研究了国内外电子皮带秤的发展现状与趋势,并且分析研究了电子皮带秤的原理与总体结构,采用多托辊悬浮式秤架结构,当有物体通过时,其重量通过皮带秤体传送到称重传感器,称重传感器的称重信号进过放大电路后输入模数(A/D)转换器进行转换成数字信号输送到微处理器的CPU进行处理,CPU不断扫描键盘和各种功能开关,并根据键盘开关和各种功能开关的功能进行处理,以实现电子皮带秤的自动化控制。

Abstract
With the development of sensor, electronic puter technology, the weighing technology have developed rapidly, weighing device in digital, intelligent connection is a great improvement, weighing device research and development has entered a new stage.
Belt weigher is installed on the conveyor belt in the appropriate place, the bulk of the material for automatic continuous, weighing a total of measurement apparatus. It is one of the most widely used instruments in the industry production. It is usually applied to the mine, the metallurgy, the colliery, the chemical plant, the building materials, the light industry etc. with the electronic belt weighter, the enterprises have better work efficiency, more es and fewer errors while employing fewer workers and having lower cost.
This article studies the development status and trends of domestic and international electronic belt scale, and analyzes the principle and overall structure of the electronic belt scale, select a number of child care roller suspension struction, then design the conveyor belt's hardware circuit. When he was called in the objects placed on the scale, the weight and belt scales body through to weighing transducer, This signal by amplifying circuit, the amplification by filter / (A/D) device, digital signals into tiny place of CPU, CPU scanning switch, all sorts of functions and keyboard according to various functions and keyboard input switch to judge, analysis, by the software to control all kinds of instruments.
