基于风险规避的供应链弹性管理研究
摘要:在如今竞争日益激烈的环境下,企业广泛采用“精益生产”、全球采购、业务外包等策略,这些策略在为企业带来竞争优势的同时,也增加了供应链的风险。加之市场经济环境变幻莫测、自然灾害、流行疫情、经济危机、恐怖袭击等各类风险事件的频繁发生,使得现代供应链比以往任何时候都更容易遭受风险的影响。为了使企业供应链能够进行风险规避,增强供应链弹性,适应越来越复杂的经济环境,本文论述了供应链风险的产生,进行了风险的分类分析,归纳出供应链风险成因的多方面因素,发现供应链风险规避的内容与弹性管理的目的相符,从而找到一条规避供应链风险的途径——供应链弹性管理,并且通过对供应链弹性的分析,从企业内部和外部进行基于风险规避的供应链弹性的塑造。

The Study on the Flexibility of Supply Chain Based on Risk Aversion Research
Abstract: In recent years, the strategies of Lean production, global purchasing and outsourcing which create petitive strengths panies as well as increase the risks of supply chain for panies. In addition, the risks such as variety of market, disasters and economical crisis happened frequently, which makes the supply chain weaker and weaker. So, creating the flexibility of supply chain can suffer any risk from internal and external panies. In the paper, the flexibility of supply chain is analyzed by identifying the risks of supply chain, and the reason to generate the risk in a supply chain is concluded to find ways to create the flexibility of the supply chain.
