摘要: “创新是一个民族的灵魂,是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭的动力。”具有较高的科技素养和创新能力,是知识时代对人才的基本要求。提高学生的创新能力是创新教育的一个组成部分,具有十分重要的意义。初中数学教学是培养学生创新能力的一个重要途径,具有明显的优势。本文从三部分研究了如何在初中数学教学中培养和提高学生的创新能力。第一部分提出了研究的问题,综述了课题研究的背景和目的意义,并阐述了创新能力的涵义和理论基础。第二部分对初中生数学创新能力的现状进行了分析。第三部分针对教师提出了初中数学教学中提高学生创新能力的对策。

Abstract: "Innovation is the soul of a nation is an inexhaustible motive force for national prosperity." Higher scientific and technological literacy and innovation capability, knowledge-era talent basic requirements. Improve the innovation ability of students is an integral part of innovative education, is of great significance. Junior high school mathematics teaching is to train students in an important way to innovative capability has obvious advantages. In this paper, three-part study of how middle school mathematics teaching to cultivate and improve students ability to innovate. The first section presents the research problem, an overview of the research background and purpose of significance, and explained the meaning of innovation and theoretical basis. The second part of the junior high math ability to innovate are analyzed. The third part of the proposed junior high school mathematics for teachers teaching to enhance students ability to innovate solutions.

21世纪是一个充满了挑战的新世纪,也是高新技术和知识经济迅猛发展的世纪,这个新的世纪对人的能力和素质提出了更高的要求,而人的能力和素质的提高更多地依赖于教育,这也就对教育提出了更高的要求。知识经济是以智力资源和创造力资源的占有、配置,知识的生产、分配、使用为重要因素的经济,它所要求的人应是具有高知识水平、高技能和高创新能力的人。21世纪的公民要想适应社会的变迁并使个人和谐地发展,创新能力的培养就极为重要。目前,经济发展越来越依赖于更好地应用机器、应用资源、应用资本,依赖于人的创新能力,人力资本再次超越了物化资本。所以,处于新时代的每一个人都要大力提升自己的知识、能力和各项素质。同时,创新也是当前中国迫切需要的,只有赢得了创新才能赢得国际竞争的主动权。就发明专利数来说,以每万人每年计算,美国有1760多件,日本有1740多件,德国有1500多件,即使是印度也有440多件,而中国只有10件。中国不仅在数量上远远落后,而且质量也比较差,与日常生活相关的较多,重大发明则比较少。中国科技人员的数量大约是美就无法与其相比了。新华社2003年5月公布了一项“全国青少年创造能力培养调查”的结果表明,我国七成多青少年不
