摘要
在经济全球化不断发展的背景下,外商直接投资日益受到人们的关注。随着经济全球化的不断推进,外商直接投资在我国国民经济中,尤其是外贸出口方面,地位和作用日渐增强。如何充分利用外商直接投资来提高一个国家或地区的外贸出口竞争力,以更加合理的方式参与国际分工,具有至关重要的意义。
本文首先对外商直接投资理论进行了回顾。然后以江苏为研究对象,分别从出口总量增长、出口贸易结构优化、出口竞争力指数等方面分析外商直接投资对江苏外贸出口竞争力的影响,利用相关年份统计数据,建立计量模型,对上述关系进行实证分析,得出结论:外商直接投资对江苏外贸出口竞争力的提升起着较强的作用。最后依据理论分析和实证分析的结果,提出相关对策与建议。

The analysis on Foreign Direct Investment and Jiangsu’s petitiveness
Abstract
Against the backdrop of growing world economic globalization, the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has captured increasing attention. With the world economy globalization has strengthened further, FDI is playing an important role and influencing more to China’s domestic economy, especially in the field of export. Now, it is very essential to research how to promote a country’s or a region’s petitiveness by using FDI in order to more rationally joining the international division of labor.
Firstly, we look back to the FDI theories. Then, the thesis takes the Jiangsu as the target, puts the Jiangsu’s statistical data in the past several years into the empirical analysis on the relationship between FDI and the promotion of Jiangsu’s petitiveness, and analyzes the effect that FDI may have the increase of Jiangsu’s total export volume, the promotion of export structure and the increase of the index of Jiangsu’s petitiveness. We get the conclusion: FDI does play an important role in promoting Jiangsu’s petitiveness. Finally, we put forward some suggestion and opinions on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical methodology.
