摘要
交流变频调速技术是现代电力传动技术的重要发展方向,随着电力电子技术、微电子技术和现代控制理论在交流变频调速系统中的应用,作为交流变频调速系统核心的变频器的性能也得到了飞跃性的提高,并越来越广泛地应用于工业生产和日常生活的许多领域之中。
本文对通用变频器技术进行了简单的概述,对其包括的交流调速技术,变频调速技术都进行了论述。对变频器的发展进行了归纳,其中包括对与其密切相关的功率器件,控制方式以及PWM控制技术都进行了必要的说明。
本文设计的通用变频器为单相输入交—直—交电压源型变频器。其主电路包括整流电路、滤波电路和逆变电路。整流电路采用单相桥式不可控整流电路,滤波电路采用电解电容滤波,逆变器是由6个IGBT构成的三相全桥式逆变器,主电路结构简单易调。驱动电路选用与IGBT配套的驱动芯片IR2103,继电器控制电路作为过流保护电路。同时配有电压、电流检测电路。对各个电路进行了参数计算以及器件选择。在设计完成之后,进行了该电路的实物焊接,并对焊接过程中出现的问题进行了分析解决。最后对电路各部分进行了调试。

Abstract
AC variable frequency control technology is an important development orientation of the transmission power of modern technology. With the power electronics technology, micro-electronics technology and modern control theory used in AC Frequency Control System, the converter as the core of it has been dramatically improved, and more widely used in industrial production and daily life in many areas.
In this paper, we have a simple overview to the General Convert and the exchange of technology, VVVF technology is also discussed. Summarized the development of the Convert, including its closely related to the power devices, control method and PWM control technology is also explained.
In this paper, the generic design for converter of single-phase input is DC-AC-DC voltage converter. The main circuit posed of Rectifier circuit, filter circuit and inverter circuit. Rectifier diode circuits use single-phase bridge uncontrollable rectifier module. Filter circuit uses electrolytic capacitor to filter; Inverter posed of six IGBT three-phase full-bridge inverter. Main circuit's structure is simple and easy. IR2103 is used as the driver of the IGBT. Relay control circuit is used as protection circuits. At the same time , there also have voltage, current detection circuit. After finish the design, the next step is welding all parts, and solves what is meeting in the expe
