煤粉定量供料机构设计
摘要
煤粉定量供料机构是针对火力发电时所用的粘度很大的褐煤供料来设计的,它的主要过程就是将煤粉定量输送到指定的锅炉中。因而此设计的重点在于如何定量供料,煤粉定量供料机构的结构不复杂,但由于是用于煤粉,其精密程度有很高的要求。本次设计希望能在已有的基础上进一步提高煤粉供料机构的工作精度,实现定量煤粉的供给。
本系统采用UG软件进行设计,产生三维的零件图和装备图,同时可导出为二维的装配图。UG是一种参数化的计算机辅助设计(CAD)和计算机辅助制造(CAM)系统。CAD功能使当今制造业公司的工程、设计以及制图能力得以自动化。CAM功能为现代机床***提供了NC编程,以便使用UG设计模型来描述完成的部件。
按照设计要求,最后用UG及AutoCAD软件进行绘图,包括系统二维装配图、三维装配。

Quantitatively Feeding Mechanism’S Design Of Pulverized Coal
Abstract
Quantitatively pulverized coal feeding mechanism is designed for coal-fired power when the viscosity of the great lignite is used, The main process is transporting quantitative coal to the designated boiler. So the emphasis of the design is how to feed coal quantitatively, the structure of the quantitatively feeding mechanism is plex, but as it is used in coal, the have high demands. It hopes that the design can improve the precision degree based on the mechanism working now, and feed coal Quantitatively.
This system design adopts UG software .It creates the assembly drawing of three dimensions .At the same time, it also creates the assembly drawing of two dimensions . UG is a king of CAD/CAM system that it is provided with alternant function. The function of project CAD makes automatization of pany that have the task of project, design and drawing.
The function of CAM provides NC Program for the machine tool .So that it can make use of Unigraphics design model to the part of being finished.
According to the design demand, we drawled charts including system assembly chart, revolve and lading mechanism charts and hydraulic theory chart with AutoCAD and UG..
