摘要:自走式田间作物拨杆机,就是用拔杆装置将烟草、棉花等作物采摘完的秸秆自动连续拔起。一些秸秆矮小的农作物在田地耕作的时候可以直接打碎并埋入土中,但像烟草、棉花等作物秸秆比较高大难以直接处理,这就需要先将作物秸秆拔起再进行二次处理。自走式田间作物拔杆机将作物秸秆拔起后便于转移或直接将秸秆在田地里粉碎,节省劳动力,大大减轻了农民朋友的劳动强度,便于农民进行土壤改良和耕翻,同时也便于充分利用秸秆资源,一定程度上减少了秸秆的焚烧,有利于保护大气环境、发展生态农业,便于实现有机农业和可持续发展农业。本设计主要是针对拨杆机的拨杆部分和传动系统的设计分析。

Abstract: Design of Self-walking Field Crops Stem Extract Machine is to use stem device to out of o, cotton, and other crops straw after picking the automatic essive uprooted. Some small crops straw in the fields of farming can be breaken and buried directiy, but like o, cotton, and other crops straw is difficult to deal directly with tall, this needs first the crops straw again pull out a second treatment. Since the field crops pull rod machine will be uprooted crops straw after transfer or directly to the straw in the field pieces, and save labor force, greatly to reduce the labor intensity of farmers, facilitate farmers with soil improvement and fallow, also facilitate make full use of straw resources and, to some extent, reduce the straw burning, be helpful for protecting the atmospheric environment and the development of ecological ag
