摘要
实现农业现代化是我国农业发展长期奋斗的目标。而农民作为农村生产生活的主体,
同时还扮演着建设社会主义新农村文化的主体角色,还是农村经济社会最主要的建设者,
在农业现代化进程中起着至关重要的作用。
本文紧紧抓住农业现代化的本质这一主线,从宏观向微观,化抽象为具体,探讨在农
业现代化进程中现代农业需要较高文化素质的农民,以及提高农民文化素质对农业现代化
具有怎样的意义。本文在借鉴已有学术研究成果的基础上,首先,对农业现代化、农民以
及文化素质进行了概念界定,并介绍了其理论依据;其次,分析了农业现代化进程中提高
农民文化素质的重要性及必要性:提高农民文化素质可以促进现代化建设;促进新农村建
设以及现代农业对农民文化素质提出的新要求。再次,说明了农民文化素质偏低的表现及
原因,先说明了农业现代化对农民文化素质提出怎样的新标准,进而探讨了农民文化素质
偏低的几方面表现:农民文化水平、自觉学习科学技术文化知识意识以及思想价值观念三
方面与农业现代化不相适应之处;最后,解读提高农民文化素质的对策建议:坚持农业现
代化发展的基本原则、完善农业发展体系、促进农村教育的进一步发展、加强农村文化的
基础设施建设。

Achieve agricultural modernization is our long-term agricultural development goal. While
farmers as the main rural production and living , but also plays a main role in building a
socialist new countryside culture, or the most important builders of rural economy and society ,
plays a vital role in the process of agricultural modernization .
In this paper, firmly grasp the essence of the main agricultural modernization , abstract from
the macro to the micro, of concrete , to explore the process of agricultural modernization in
modern agriculture requires a higher cultural quality of the farmers, and improve farmers'
cultural quality of agricultural modernization with what significance. This article has been
