摘要:西南地区农业机械化水平在全国最低。本文分析了其原因并提出了改善这一状况应采取的措施:利
用我国加入 WTO 的机遇,因地制宜,合理地选择农业机械、机械化技术及机械化环节,借鉴其它地方的经
验,集成有关的技术、措施和政策,在机械化技术、农机推广、服务体系建设以及相关的措施、政策等方
面实施创新,通过农业产业化、信息技术、适用技术发展农业机械化,增强研究开发工作,加强农村基础
设施建设以及建立相关的法规政策体系。

Status and Developing Strategy of Agricultural Mechanization in Southwest China

Abstract: Southwest China has the lowest level of agricultural mechanization in the country. This is due to its
unfavorable geographic conditions, backward economic situation and large rural population. Measures to be taken
to improve this state under new circumstances were put forward in this paper as follows: Take advantage of
China’s joining WTO, in line with the local conditions, adopt correct developing strategy---rational selection of
farm machinery, mechanization technologies and key mechanized processes, use experience of foreign countries
and China’s other regions for reference, integration of relevant technologies, measures and policies and innovation
in mechanization technologies, management and popularization of farm machinery, construction of service
system, as wel
