摘要:《临床医学概要》着重对疾病的病理生理和实验室及其它检查对疾病诊治的联系,以常见病、多发病为主要内容,从而对常见症状和各科疾病有一概要认识。通过讲授、自学、讨论等方式,按理论联系实际和循序渐进的原则来组织教学,以常见病、多发病为中心,旨在提高学生学习该科的兴趣,提倡学生自学,充分发挥学生学习的主动性和创造性。通过本课程的学习,能将临床医学与临床药学各科相联系,为学习其他课程打下基础。临床医学概要学习的基本要求是本课程除诊断学基础为基础章节外,涉及内、外、妇、儿、传染病等临床各见疾病,该科所占课时不多,但要求学生能通过临床医学概要的学习,对体格检查、常见症状和各科疾病有一概要的认识。结合药学专业的培养目标,要求概念叙述清楚,着重疾病的临床表现、诊断、治疗原则。

专业使用的是《临床医学概要》第二版,由朱明德、石应康主编的。这本书的内容非常多,牵涉的范围也非常广泛。其主要内容可归纳为4部分。①临床医学的概念与发展历程(第1章):概述医学的概念、临床医学与医学的关系、临床医学的主要内容,以及临床医学的起源与发展简史,尤其是检验医学在医学历史上的作用与地位。②医学基础知识(第2、3章):主要介绍作为检验工作者应该掌握的正常人体结构与功能的基本知识,侧重点放在解剖与生理领域。③临床工作的基本要素(第4章):简要介绍临床工作必须涉及的基本要素,包括疾病
