摘要
超级市场是以顾客自选方式经营的大型综合性零售商场。又称自选商场。是许多国家特别是经济发达国家的主要商业零售组织形式。超市主要是靠吸引顾客来市场购买商品获得收益,那么对于顾客的需求的满足就显得尤为重要,我们必须随时检查超市的货物分类及货架的设置优化是否符合顾客的要求,是否让顾客感到舒适,愿意光顾。超市作为自选的大型卖场,商家不可能花费太多的精力对单独的客户进行导购推销,于是商家希望通过某种方式来影响和引导顾客的够买行为,现在最有效和最直接的方法就是超市货物分类及货架设置优化。以消费者的需求及消费行为和习惯为准则,对货物进行分类和对货架进行设置优化,在有限的空间和投资前提下获得最大限度的经济效益。
