摘要:近年来,皋兰县政府围绕地方特色,大力培育和发展西甜瓜特色产业,调整农业经济结构, 产业区域布局优化,基地建设初具规模,为农业产业化的发展奠定了基础。本文主要以问卷调查的方式对西甜瓜产业的发展现状和在发展过程中存在的主要问题进行了调查研究,且找出影响该产业发展的主要因素,分析其潜在的优势和发展前景,并提出相应的对策建议。

Abstract: In recent years, the City of Wuwei , to vigorously promote the new rural cooperative medical care system as a safeguard the health of farmers to address the poverty caused by farmers, an important measure of illness returning to poverty issues, and gradually formed a government-led, mass participation, multi-finance the new rural cooperative medical work mechanism. But there are many problems exist in operation, For example, not active farmers, ginseng ill ,supervisory difficulty of financing, etc In this paper, the questionnaire survey of The City of Wuwei, the new rural cooperative medical development status and in the development process the main causes of problems and issues analyzed and discussed, and corresponding countermeasures. Therefore, this research on similar areas of the development of new rural cooperative medical care also has some significance .
