企业清洁生产技术选择与绩效的关系研究

摘要
清洁生产是实现环境和经济可持续发展的重要手段,然而,影响
企业选择清洁生产技术的因素十分复杂。
基于产业的视角,本研究以环境污染较为严重的纺织印染企业为
研究对象,通过调查问卷的方法资料采集。在获得 103 份有效问卷的
基础上,应用结构方程模型分析方法,对企业实施清洁生产技术选择
5 个潜变量和其绩效的 2 个潜变量进行验证性分析。
通过研究发现,工艺改造及新技术应用与企业绩效的提升之间的
关系并不显著,而废弃物回收、原材料替换以及设备改造与企业绩效
提升存在着较为明显的正向关系。同一技术与财务绩效提升的关系要
比与非财务绩效提升的关系要显著。
研究表明,要想通过实施清洁生产来提升企业的绩效,技术的先
进性或者清洁效果并不是关键,关键是确保实施这项技术的成功率。
企业在实施清洁生产的过程中,应当选择那些适合自身发展特点的技
术,不应该一味盲目追求那些先进的、高精尖技术。如果不能有效实
施,不仅损失掉宝贵的资金,还会对企业的生产运营情况产生直接影
响。

ABSTRACT
Cleaner production has e an important means of protecting the environment. However,
there are still many problems in the implementation of cleaner production and there are many
factors will influence the choice of the cleaner production technology.
In this study, the dyeing industry enterprises in Shaoxing were studied. With factors and
process analysis of cleaner production, the choices of cleaner production technology are divided
into five variables: waste recycling, raw material substitution, equipment innovation, technology
innovation and implementation of new technology. Business performance is divided into two
variables: financial and non-financial performance. In the questionnaire we set up some questions
to measure the seven variables above. With the 103 valid questionnaires and the structural
equation model method, we did confirmatory factor analysis for each of the seven variables and
set up the structural equation model of the seven basic variables.
The results show that the positive relations between the "waste recycling", "raw material
substitution", "equipment innovation" and "financial performance" of business performance is
higher, while its impact on "non-financial performance" is relatively small; the impact of
