摘要
吉林向海国家级自然保护区1981年经吉林省人民政府批准建立,是以保护丹顶鹤等珍稀水禽和蒙古黄榆等稀有植物群落为主要目的的内陆湿地与水域生态系统类型的自然保护区。为了湿地资源的保护与可持续开发利用,作为国际重要湿地之一的吉林向海国家级自然保护区的资源应给予高度的重视,本文从可持续发展角度入手,根据向海湿地资源概况和现状分析了保护区内存在的主要问题,并在此基础上提出了保护及可持续开发利用湿地资源的对策及措施。

Abstract
Xianghai National Nature Reserve, approved by the Jilin Provincial People's Government in 1981 to protect the red-crowned crane and other rare water birds and the Mongolian yellow elm and other rare munities as the main purpose of the inland wetland nature reserve and the types of water order to wetland resources protection and sustainable development and utilization,as one of the important wetlands international of Jilin xianghai national nature reserve resources should be given a high article is to start from the perspective of sustainable development,according to the wetland resource and current situation of protected areas were analyzed the main problems existed in the protection on this basis put forward the protection and sustainable utilization of wetland resources and countermeasures.
