摘要:抽油机在油田的开采作业中具有不可替代的作用,是有杆抽油系统的地面驱动设备。抽油机的工作条件比较恶劣,全天候常年野外连续运转,而且绝大多数时间处于无人监护状态。因此,要求具有良好的可靠性、耐久性,同时要具有性能领域宽、调节范围大、能耗低、易损件少、维护保养方便,对环境适应性强的特点。
本文首先阐述了国内外抽油机技术的研究发展现状及今后的发展趋势;然后结合现有的抽油机的工作原理对前置型游梁抽油机进行运动学、动力学分析,建立起数学模型,并对前置型游梁抽油机进行了平衡性分析;最后对抽油机主要零部件进行了设计和校核计算。这是一种新型节能型抽油机,其节能效果显著,对于抽油机井节能降耗、提高举升系统的经济效益和我国石油工业发展具有重要的实际意义

Abstract:In oil field of pumping unit in mining operations has irreplaceable function, and there is a sucker rod system ground drive equipment . Therefore, should have good reliability and durability, and to have wide field performance and wide adjustment, low energy consumption, less easyworn parts, convenience in maintenance and strong adaptability to environment characteristics.
This paper expounds the development of the technology of pumping unit at home and abroad present situation and the trend of development of the; Then according to the working principle of the pumping unit to lead the beam beam pumping unit of kinematics and dynamics analysis, building up the mathematical model, and to lead the beam pumping unit of the balance analysis; The major parts of the pumping unit on the design and check calculation. This is a new type of energy-saving, pumping unit.
