不同盐度对泥鳅孵化出苗率影响的研究
摘要:为探讨不同盐度对泥鳅孵化出苗率的影响,以期筛选出泥鳅的最适盐度,提高泥鳅孵化出苗率和拓展人工规模化养殖,从而获得更大的经济效益和养殖市场。实验采用单因子方法,设置预实验和正式试验:(一)预实验组,盐度梯度分别为0‰、1‰、5‰、10‰、15‰,在每1000ml的培养溶液中,放养50粒卵,每个盐度设置一对平行组。第一组实验结果表明,从泥鳅卵的孵化状况看,适合泥鳅孵化的盐度在0‰-5‰之间,接下来就是进一步细化盐度范围,找出更为精确的最适盐度。(二)正式试验组:盐度梯度分别在0‰、1‰、2‰、3‰、4‰、5‰、8‰,在每1000ml的培养溶液中,放养50粒卵,每个盐度设置一对平行组。在水质、温度、投饵等相同的情况下,每天记录下试验要求和所得的数据。平行组相互比较分析,采用科学的分析统计方法,得出泥鳅浮华出苗期的最适盐度梯度。结论:泥鳅卵孵化的最适盐度区间在1‰-2‰之间,当超过3‰时,泥鳅苗会由于渗透作用而逐渐失水死亡。

Abstract: To investigate the effect of different salinity on the hatching rate of emergence of loach,and filter out the optimum salinity, improving its incubation emergence rate and expand large-scale artificial breeding, to obtain greater economic benefits and market single factor method, set in two experimental groups: ( a ) extensive salinity group, salinity gradient were 0‰、1 ‰、5 ‰、 10 ‰、15 ‰, every 1000ml culture solution, stocking 50 eggs, each provided with a pair of parallel group of salinity. The results of the first set of experiments showed that, from the loach egg hatching condition, suitable for loach hatching in0 ‰-5‰salinity, the next is to refine the further salinity range, to identify more accurately the optimum salinity. ( b) refinement of the salinity gradient, salinity gradient in 0‰、1‰、2 ‰、 3 ‰、4 ‰、5‰、8 ‰, every 1000ml culture solution, stocking 50 eggs, each provided with a pair of parallel group of salinity. In water quality、temperature、 feeding and other conditions are the same, every record test requirements and data. Parallel parison analysis, using scientific analysis statistical method, draw loach flashy stage the optimum salinity gradient. The conclusion: loach egg incubation of the optimum salinity in the rang
