摘要:射流泵设计理论研究已有100多年的历史,它是一种依靠流体之间动量交换来工作的流体机械泵,由于它没有运动,具有结构简单、工作可靠、易于操作、便于维护和综合利用等特点,被广泛用于各个行业中,尤其是在石油行业的采油设备中,射流泵更有不可代替的优越性。然而传统液体射流泵只有一个喷嘴,由于其原始结构尺寸较大,效率较低不利于射流泵的安装与应用。因此针对上述问题提出多喷嘴射流泵的研制。多喷嘴射流泵相比较具有工作压力高、当量喷嘴大小可以调节、喷嘴不会堵塞、磨损小、结构简单、安装方便、重量轻等优点,具有相当广阔的应用前景和较高的研究价值。
本论文阐述了射流泵的研究意义背景及射流泵的国内外发展史,并对射流泵的前景进行了展望;介绍了射流泵的基本工作原理和结构;并且详细计算了有关固定型环形多喷嘴射流泵的水力学参数和其基本尺寸,设计了整个泵的各个工作部件;比较了环形多喷嘴射流泵相对于传统单喷嘴射流泵的优势;为了使这次设计的射流泵满足实际要求,在完成整体设计后,对整个射流泵进行验算,并对主要部件进行强度校核。

Abstract:The study about design theory of jet pump has been last for more than 100 years in history, it is a fluid mechanical pump that worked depend on the momentum exchange between the fluid, because it has no movement, and has characteristics of simple structure, work reliable, easy operation, easy maintenance, prehensive utilization, so it is widely used in various industries, especially in oil equipment in oil industry, jet pump has more irreplaceable advantages. However, traditional liquid jet pump only have one nozzle, because the original structure size is large, and have low efficiency, so it is not conducive to the installation and application of jet pump. thus. to address the above issues, multi-nozzle jet pump appeared. Multi-nozzle jet pump has higher working pressure, a equivalent nozzle size can be adjusted, the nozzle can no longer blocked, small wearing, simple structure, easy installation and light weight, etc., has a very broad application prospects and a higher research value.
This article describes the background and the history of its developing of the domestic and international of the jet pump, and states the prospect; it also describes the basic working principle and structure of the jet pump; and do the detailed calculations about the Mechanical parameters of water of fixed rear annular fluid pressure multi-nozzle jet pump and its basic size, design all the working parts of the pump; compare
