摘要
基于单片机的智能稳压电源的设计
本文介绍了一种以单片机为核心的智能稳压电源的设计方法和实现方法,其核心技术是通过单片机控制数模转换来改变其后的稳压模块的输出。该设计包括直流电源输入及输出两部分,可完成3~11V之间各不同幅值的电压的输出,能够预置数,其中电压输出部分,既可手动的每按”+””-”,也可长按”+””-”键使其自动的递增或者递减,直到需要的数值。预置数时用切换键切换预置个位或小数位,按”+””-”键进行微调。该系统由整流滤波初步稳压模块、单片机控制模块、DAC和显示模块组成,介绍了整体电路的设计和单片机系统的硬件及软件流程。该稳压电源能连续步进可调,并且可实时显示,弥补了传统稳压电源的不足。该系统具有抗干扰性能好,可靠性高,及最终输出电压值与真实显示值精确度较高等优点。

Design of Intelligent Power Supply Based on MCU
Abstract
This paper introduces a kind of single chip puter as the core of intelligent power supply design method and the realization method, its core technology is controlled by the single puter digital-to-analog converter to change the voltage regulator module subsequent output. The design includes a DC power supply input and output part two, can achieve 3~ 11V between different amplitude of the output voltage, to the preset number, wherein the voltage output portion, which can be operated manually to each according to the" +"" -" key once size is adjusted up and down, can also be according to the" +"" -" key to make it automatically incremented or decremented, until the required values. The preset number with preset switch toggle a bit or small digital, according to the" +"" -" keys to fine tune. The system posed of a rectifying filter initial voltage regulator module, single-chip control module, DAC and display module, introduces the design of the whole circuit and a single chip puter hardware and software flow. The regulated power supply can continuously stepping adjustable, and the real-time display, make up for the traditional regulated power supply shortage. The system has good performance of anti interference, high reliability, and the final output voltage value and the real value displayed high precision etc..
