我国西部是干旱,半干旱地区,由于环境不断恶化,农业用水严重不足。免耕播种技术便被广泛推广。试验证明,该技术满足我国需要。但也伴随着病虫害和杂草增多等一系列问题出现。预防病虫害,锄除田间杂草成为免耕播种的关键课题之一,所以本文介绍了在麦田作业的一种新型除草机的设计方案及工作过程和主要部件的设计及结构特点。指出它采用一种矩形框架设计,采用一种新式锄草刀片。机具结构简单,使用方便,具有碎土作用强,不缠草以及具有护苗的作用,能够满足在免耕播种后,对麦田行向杂草予于锄除。对其发展前景做了展望,并对本设计的改善提出期望。

Summary

Pointing out it adopts a kind of rectangle frame designs, adopting a kind of modern style hoe grass razor blade. The machine tool construction is simple, the usage is convenient, having the function of breaking up the clod machine has the function of no grass wrapping in the razor and protecting the seeding of wheat,the weeding machine is good to weed in the field after seed wheat in the soil that need not plough up. As to it's develop the foreground did the outlook, and the improvement that design puts forward the expectation to this.
