摘要
论文主要针对县域中小企业融资难的现状探索其解决方案展开研究的。改革开放以来,资金不足、融资困难一直是制约我国中小企业发展的主要因素。县域中小企业快速发展,是县域经济发展的火车头。建设社会主义新农村,促进县域经济跨越式发展,就应扶持县域内前景看好的中小企业。县域中小企业在技术创新、吸纳就业、一体制转轨、扩大出口等方面发挥着重要的作用。但由于它们处于最基层,享受资源的条件最差,融资更困难。以县域中小企业融资理论为指导,结合我国现行金融体制的特点和县域中小企业发展的实际情况,从金融体制和县一级政府的角度来研究我国中小企业融资困难的深层次原因,并提出解决县域中小企业融资难的相关策略和建议。

Abstract
This thesis county sme financing difficult situation of researches on exploring the solutions. Since the reform and opening up, But capital insufficiency, the financing difficulties have been restricted the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country is the main factor. County the development of middle and small enterprises, is the core of the development of county economy. The construction of socialist new countryside, promote county economic great-leap-forward development, should support good prospect in the county of small and medium-sized enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprise county in technology innovation, absorb employment, system transition, expand export play an important role. But they are on the most basic, enjoy the resources of the worst conditions, the financing more difficult.
This paper mainly with small and medium enterprise financing county theory as the guide, combining the characteristics of the current financial system of county and the actual situation of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, from the financial system and county level of government angles to study the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country the deep, and proposes the solution county of smes financing difficulty relevant strategies and Suggestions.
