摘要:针对机床制造企业现有产品信息网络发布以图片、文本等静态信息及单一形式等问题,本
文开发了一种基于 Web 的数字化产品信息展示平台的三维动态仿真系统。充分利用 Java 语言在网
络上的优越性与 VRML 技术的交互性,实现了在 Web 环境下产品三维特征、信息的浏览及加工仿真
等动态演示。该产品信息发布系统基于 Web 的特性,方便了客户对产品的了解;由于系统实现数控
机床多种动态演示功能,加深了客户对产品性能的全面认识。该方法具有通用性,适合于其它产品
浏览及动态演示。

Research of dynamic simulation system for NC machine tool based on

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of the static information and single form of picture and text for
productions information which is provided by machine tool enterprise work, a 3D dynamic
simulation system is developed in the information demonstrated the platform of digital products based on
Web. work superiority of Java language and VRML technology interactive are maded fully use,
the product three dimensional characteristic and information are browsed in the Web environment and
dynamically demonstrated in machining simulation. The product information in publishing system is
easily known by customers. Since the system can realize many kinds of dynamic demonstration functions
of NC machine tool, prehensive performances of product prehensively understanded
