基于层次分析法的数控机床性能模糊综合评判

摘要:为2了2全面评价数控机床的各项性能指标,建立了研究数控机床综合性能的评价指标体系,采用层次分析法
中的 1~9 标度法确定了数控机床各项性能指标的权重系数。以某型数控机床为研究对象,运用模糊综合评判法
对其各项性能指标进行评价研究,结果表明该机床的综合性能较好。分析认为可通过改进重复定位精度、脉冲当
量、主轴转速这2三项性能指标来进一步提高该数控机床的综合性能。 2
