摘要

随着计算机技术和网络技术的飞速发展,数字资源成为图书馆馆
藏中的重要部分。而全文电子期刊数据库作为“数字图书馆”不可或
缺的组成部分,也获得了广阔的发展空间和重视。由于我国数字资源
评价研究起步比较晚、发展时间比较短,虽然对于网络信息资源评价、
数字馆藏评价的研究取得了一定的进展,但是还没有专门针对全文电
子期刊数据库进行评估研究。
本论文在对数字资源评估的研究成果进行了大量调研的基础上,
分析了现有数字资源评估指标体系的不足,结合全文电子期刊数据库
的内在特征和实际应用情况,制定了全文电子期刊数据库的评估指标
体系,提出了 AHP-模糊综合评价法作为指标体系的评估方法,并
进行了实证论证,有力的说明了 AHP-模糊综合评价法的可操作性。

Research on the Evaluation Index System of Full-Text
Electronic Journal Database
ABSTRACT
With the development puter and web technology, digital
resources e very important in libraries. As a necessary part in
digital resources, Full-text electronic journal databases also make a big
development. The research on evaluation of digital resources has been
developed more slowly in our country than much of other countries.
Although we have made a progress on the evaluation of
information resources and digital library, there is no study on the
evaluation of Full-text electronic journal databases.
This article has done lots of researches on the existing study of
evaluation of digital resources, has analyzed the problems existing in the
old evaluation index systems of digital resources. Combining with the
inner characters and current situation of Full-text electronic journal
database, the paper puts forward an evaluation index system of Full-text
electronic journal database and brings forward AHP-prehensive
evaluation as evaluation of this index system, and then, progresses
example-demonstrated, explicates the maneuverability of AHP-fuzzy
comprehensive evaluation.
