摘要
随着计算机技术和办公自动化的不断运用,各种酒店餐饮管理也应逐步走向规范化,并采用计算机进行管理。该系统运行在Windows平台上,采用Visual FoxPro 进行设计,包括吧台管理、原料采购、库存盘点、往来帐款、挂帐管理和辅助管理等功能。数据库系统对管理住处,办公自动化,决策支持是最为重要的。只有做出一个正规的管理系统,才能让繁琐的手工操作变得简单,易于管理。由于原餐饮系统在管理上投入的人力和物力很大,且大部分仍采用手工操作,效率较低。因此,开发本系统具有较大的现实意义和实用价值。信息在社会经济的发展中所起的作用越来越重要。
餐饮管理系统是典型的计算机管理系统,其开发主要包括数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。包括应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。
因此本人结合酒店餐饮管理系统的具体要求,对Visual FoxPro ,主要完成对餐饮管理系统的需求分析、功能模块划分、数据库模式分析,并由此设计了数据库结构和应用程序。系统运行结果证明,所设计的餐饮管理系统可以满足经理、收款员、保管员三方面的管理。
第一部分对Visual FoxPro ,并对其系统开发的设定和系统可行性做了分析。
第二部分对餐饮管理系统的设计程序分析进行了介绍,如系统功能分析、数据流程图、程序代码等。
第三部分对系统应用程序设计进行了系统的介绍,如各种登陆窗体的实现。
第四部分对该系统的开发做出了总结。

Because original dining system manpower and material resources throw in on the management very big, and big the part still adopts the handicraft operation, the efficiency is lower .Therefore, development originally the system has the bigger and realistic meaning and practical values .The information is in society the development of the economy the function rise is more and more important.
