摘要
随着社会主义市场经济的发展,市场需求对劳动力资源配置的力度不断加大,劳动力的自然流动成为普遍的社会现象,农村劳动力就业门路不断拓宽,向城市、向二、三产业的转移越来越多,这就对土地规模经营提出了越来越迫切的客观要求。本文通过文献法、定性分析法和实证分析法等方法对土地规模经营条件下农村劳动力的转移进行了研究。土地规模经营必然会带来剩余劳动力的增加,农村劳动力的转移也会促进土地规模经营的实施,两者之间互为条件,相互作用,相互推动。土地规模经营造成了农村剩余劳动力的增加,我们要制定出土地流转政策,发展乡镇企业,增加农村劳动力的就业培训机会,建立农村土地承包经营权流转信息网络和服务平台等实现农村剩余劳动力的顺利转移。

ABSTRACT
With the socialist market economy development, market demand has intensified on labor allocation of resources. The natural flow of labor es the universal social phenomenon. The employment opportunities of rural labor continue to expand and increasingly shift to cities, to secondary and tertiary industries, which made the land scale management put forward more and more urgent objective requirements. The article through literature, qualitative analysis and the method of empirical analysis to study rural labor transfer under land scale management. Land scale management will inevitably bring about surplus labor increase. And rural labor transfer also promotes management of land scale enforcement. They are conditions, interaction and mutual promotion for each other. The management of land scale cause to rural surplus labor increase. We will make the policy of land transfer, develop rural enterprise, increase employment training opportunities and establish of management transfer on rural land contract and service platform to achieve ess transfer of rural surplus labor.
