摘要
我国的医学检验自八十年代开始,有了飞跃的发展。临床实验室使用了一大
批各种类型的自动分析仪。但我与国外相比,差距甚远。
同时随着人们对自身健康状况的关注,各种化验检查的频率越来越高。这就导致
如今临床实验室落后的质量控制与不断增加的业务量之间的矛盾日益突出。
在质量控制中最重要方法就是通过室内质量控制(IQC, Internal Quality
Control)和室间质量控制(EQA,External Quality Assessment)来监测临床
实验室的检验质量。在这样的形势下,及时开发一套全面、高效地质量控制信息
系统来监测上海市 500 多家临床实验室的 IQC 和 EQA 质量状况,显得尤其迫切。
本文主要叙述了应用软件工程的方法来开发质量控制信息系统,从而实现上
海市 500 多家医院 IQC 和 EQA 的质量评价。本文的研究内容包括:1)分析质量
控制信息系统的信息流程,了解信息系统的需求。2)应用结构化的理念,完成信
息系统的设计。3)应用数据仓库的知识,完成信息系统的数据库部署和实施。4)
通过对系统的权限分配、评价功能、统计功能、数据接收功能以及关键技术的分
析,来实施质量控制信息系统。
质量控制信息系统开发,上海市各医院临床实验室能够做到每天自动判断 IQC
评价的结果是否在控;及时接收到上海市临床检验中心对全市 500 多家医院 IQC
和 EQA 评价的反馈结果。通过该系统的开发,上海市各区、县卫生局可以及时了
解该区、县各医院临床实验室 IQC、EQA 的评价情况。通过该系统的开发,上海市
卫生局能够全面了解上海市各医院临床实验室的 IQC、EQA 评价情况。整个信息系
统的开发促进了整个上海市检验水平的提高,使得上海市临床实验室检验质量处
于全。

Abstract
We make large progress at the hospital lab area since 1980,a lot of
advanced medical machine have been used in the lab to test patient
there is so much different between out country and oversea
in the quantity more attentiones people focus on the
health,more tests people carry are large contradiction between
quantum and quality in test.
It is the most important methods in quality control to carry on
Internal Quality Control and External Quality Assessment. In this situation ,
we should exploit a all-side and efficiency software of IQC and EQA.
This text’s content include: 1)Anlysis the flow of information in
the system, understand the requestment of information in the system.
2)Desigen the system by construction idea. 3)Plan and execute
)Excute the system.
