摘要:近些年,随着我国市场经济以及人民生活水平的不断提高,再加上国家加大了对交通、水利等设施的建设力度,极大的促进了建筑行业的发展。而与此同时,也加剧建筑行业内的市场竞争,这种情况之下,企业如何在施工过程中以最低的成本,获取较大利益,使企业立于不败之地,已经成为当前建筑企业所急需解决的一个问题。本文结合工程造价管理中存在的问题,对如何做好相应的全过程造价管理进行详细的探究与讨论。

Abstract: in recent years, along with our country market economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, coupled with the country stepped up efforts on construction of facilities such as traffic, water conservancy, greatly promoted the development of building industry. 简单来说,所谓工程造价其实就是指整个工程建筑的建造价格。工程建筑施工建设中,其工程造价高低对于整个项目工程的质量以及经济效益都会产生直接影响。因此这就要求我们在施工建设时,应采取科学、合理的措施和手段来切实做好对全过程造价的控制与管理工作,争取在确保工程质量的基础之上,实现企业经济效益的最大化。
