This article discusses the design and implementation of merce website based on .This merce website use Visual Studio 2008 as front Integrated Development Environment, use SQL Server 2005 for the background database. This systems design is guiding by software engineering ideology, and finish all according to the different stages of Software life. This system have achieved product informations dissemination, management, query and search, purchase ments etc.

引言
社区网站是倾听民意、汲取民智的内在需要也是社区管理的重要媒介。互联网正越来越成为民意表达的重要渠道,成为发掘“原汁原味”民情民声的重要平台,同时,和谐社区网站不仅仅着重于网站的性能,更重要的是促进居民之间的联系与沟通,实现人的和谐、团体的和谐、社会的和谐。
和一般的社区网站相比,和谐社区网站主要强调:(1)坚持以人为本为基础,发展社区物质文明、精神文明、政治文明,促进各构成要素自身的发展以及相互之间关系的和谐,达到人与自然、人与社会以及人与人、人的自我身心内外统一的社区;(2)坚持以社区党建为核心,以服务群众为重点,以居民自治为方向,以文化活动为载体,以维护稳定为基础的重要内容;(3)坚持以人为本,坚持人与人、人与自然、人与社会的和谐,使全体社会成员各尽其能、各得其所而又和谐相处,社会各要素健康发展、充满活力而又稳定有序的社区;(4)强化社区团结意识,强化法律意识,构建民主法治,充满活力的社区文化,构建共同社会价值和共同社会追求,凝聚社会成员意志汇成一股和谐的精神动力,实现社区的和谐发展。
