一、工程概况
香域华府12#楼工程,位于武汉市黄陂区人民医院旁。由武汉盘龙新城置业有限公司开发;武汉欧乐建筑设计有限公司设计;黄建集团有限公司承建。高层住宅,地层车库层高5米;地上26层,。合理使用年限50年;抗震设防六度,;㎡。人工挖孔桩承台基础;剪力墙结构。

三、搭设形式
12#楼1至2层采用落地式双排架,从3层面开始采用悬挑式双排脚手架,,六层悬挑一次,,第一道悬挑在3层,其他依次在9层,15层,21层进行悬挑。悬挑架采用建筑立面全防护,待工程施工完成后进行架体拆除,对于施工电梯部位外架,在搭设施工时使用4m长钢管与外架断开搭设。根据本工程特性对于飘窗部位的外架搭设详附图。
四、材料要求
1、脚手架钢管要求
脚手架钢管采用外径为φ48mm,,主要用于立杆、大横杆、小横杆、斜撑、剪刀撑等。表面平整光滑,无锈蚀、裂纹、分层、划道,符合现行国家《碳素结构钢》(GB/T700)中Q235-A级钢的规定,并有产品出厂合格证。焊接钢管表面平整光滑,无锈蚀、裂纹、分层、划道。对于有裂纹、开焊、凹凸状、折痕、严重锈蚀和弯曲的严禁使用,进场钢管必须有出厂产品质量证明书及备案证明。
2、扣件要求
采用可锻铸铁做的扣件,其材质符合现行国家标准《钢管脚手架扣件》(GB15831)的规定,扣件必须有生产许可证,产品必须有出厂合格证,无裂纹、气孔、砂眼等缺陷,贴面平整,活动部位灵活,夹紧钢管时,开口处最小距离不小于5mm,,不得发生破坏。分直角扣件(两管交叉90度的连接),回转扣件(两管交叉任意角度连接)和对接扣件(两管一字对接)三种,用于钢管之间的连接。
3、脚手板、安全网要求
脚手板采用竹跳板,凡凹陷变形、严重弯曲的不得使用。安全网分安全平网和安全立网(密目网),平网的材质应符合国标《安全网》(GB5725-1997),密目式安全立网的材质应符合GB16909的规定,以及武汉市建委有关规定。安全网用绿色阻燃
