Planning & Construction Overview
● 2011年5月,国务院正式批复《成渝经济区区域规划》,明确将规划建设天府新区纳入国家发展战略,作为推进成渝经济区发展的重要任务。
● In May 2011, the State Council officially approved the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone Plan, explicitly defining the planning and building up the Tianfu New Area as one of the national development strategies and a key mission to boost the development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone.
● 2012年2月,国家发改委发布《西部大开发“十二五”发展规划》,再次确定天府新区作为西部地区的重点城市新区。
● In February 2012, the National Development and mission issued the 12th Five-Year Plan for Western China Development, taking the Tianfu New Area as a key new urban area in western China again.
规划范围Scope of planning
天府新区位于成都都市圈核心位置,涉及成都、资阳、眉山3市,规划总面积1578平方公里。其中,成都范围内面积有1293平方公里,城镇建设用地650平方公里。
Tianfu New Area, located at the heart of the Chengdu Metropolitan Area, extends over Chengdu, Ziyang and Meishan cities in Sichuan, covering a total area of 1,578 km2 as planned, of which 1,293 km2 is in Chengdu, and 650km2 is for urban construction.
天府新区总体定位是以现代制造业为主、高端服务业集聚、宜业宜商宜居,现代产业、现代生活、现代都市“三位一体”的国际化新城区。
The overall positioning of Tianfu New Area is a modern industry, modern leisure life and modern metropolis “three into one " new international modern urban area, with modern manufacturing and high-end services agglomeration, and suitable for industries, business and inhabitancy.
