Step 1: Snowball spoke first and set forth his reasons for advocating the building of the windmill.
Step 2: Napoleon spoke second and advised nobody to vote for it.
Step 3: The animals were about to vote when 9 enormous dogs dashed straight to Snowball. Snowball tried his best to run , but of course he was not the rival of the dogs. He slipped through a hole and was seen no more.
RESULT
Animals : silent and terrified
Napoleon : with his dogs following him, he didn’t explain the snowball’s disappearance to the animals and announced that the Sunday-morning Meetings e to an end
