摘要
PID控制(Control of Proportion Integration Differentiation)就是比例、积分、微分控制。它的性能取决于参数的整定情况,对那些对象模型复杂和难以确定精确模型的控制系统,具有很大的局限性,而且它的快速性和超调量之间的矛盾关系,使它不一定能满足调节时间短,超调小的技术要求。而模糊控制的鲁棒性好,无需知道被控对象的数学模型,且在快速性方面有着自己的优势。但模糊控制易受模糊规则有限等级的限制而引起稳态误差。这就是说,单一的PID控制或单一的模糊控制都有其自身的不足,因此,分析它们各自的优缺点,考虑可以把它们相互结合,实现优势互补,形成模糊PID控制。此外,考虑把模糊PID控制和当今新型的、性能较好的单片机结合在一起,更好的发挥他们的作用。
本文主要围绕模糊PID控制器进行研究,主要研究PID控制器以及模糊控制的过去、现状以及未来的发展趋势。借助单片机,应用模糊PID控制,设计了一个基于单片机的模糊PID控制器。本文主要以AT89S52单片机作为载体,利用8155芯片、A\D转换器、D\A转换器等主要元件进行设计,实现了基于单片机的模糊PID控制器的硬件设计和软件设计。

ABSTRACT
The proportional integral derivative (PID) controller is Control of Proportion Integration Differentiation. It performance depends on the situation that parameters sets, those control systems whose object plex and uncertain accurate have great limitations, and its relationship between rapidity and overshoot make it impossible to meet regulating time and short overshoot technical requirements. The robust of the fuzzy control is effective, without knowledge of the controlled object's mathematical model, and the rapidity has its own advantage. But the fuzzy control has fuzzy rules limited level, it can cause steady-state error. This means single PID control or single Fuzzy Control has its own deficiencies, therefore analysis their advantages and disadvantages, bine them and formed fuzzy PID Control, plementary strengths. Addition, bine the fuzzy PID control and MCU which is new and whose performance is better.
This paper mainly centered fuzzy PID controller. Introduce the past, status and future development trend of the PID controller and the fuzzy MCU and fuzzy PID control designe a Fuzzy PID controller based MCU. Consider the AT89S52 MCU as a carrier, using 8155 chip, A \ D converter, D \ A converter ,complete the hardware and software design of the fuzzy PID controller based MCU.
