近年来,随着城市建设的迅速发展,土地资源越来越少,现代建筑越来越高,高层居民楼恒压供水难的问题越来越突出,单靠自来水管网的压力已远远不能满足恒压供水的要求,而传统的恒压供水方式不同程度的存在效率低、可靠性差、自动化程度低等缺点。为了解决上述问题,本文提出了变频调速恒压供水方案,该方案具有高效节能、安全可靠、自动化程度高、操作简单的优点。研究此方案对降低成本、节约能源、提高供水质量有着非常重要的现实意义。
该论文针对高层居民楼恒压供水进行硬件设计,采用竖向分区分别实现恒压供水,低区直接由市政水管网供水,中高区由变频调速恒压供水的设计思路。其中中高区恒压供水系统分别由压力传感器、变频器、离心泵机组等组成,以水泵出口水压为参数,通过控制变频器的输出频率来自动换泵和自动调节水泵电机的转速来达到各区恒压用水的目的。论文通过计算用水量来选择各区的水泵机组、驱动电机、和变频器,并对系统的工程问题进行了讨论。
变频恒压供水系统能够通过配置合理型号的水泵、电机、变频器以及恒压供水控制方式为供水行业在保证供水服务,赢得良好社会效益的同时,也降低了自身的生产成本,提高劳动生产率,从而获得更好的经济效益。

Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of urban construction, land resources ing less and less, modern buildings ing higher and higher, high-rise residential buildings are increasingly difficult in constant pressure of water supply. The pressure of water work alone hasn’t been far from meet the demand of constant pressure water supply, however, the traditional way of constant water supply generally has the disadvantage of low efficiency, poor reliability and automation. To solve the above problems, we propose a program which is the variable frequency control speed to maintain constant pressure water supply. The program is energy efficient 、safe、reliable、high degree of automation and simple. Operation Researching this program has a very important significance in cost reduction, energy conservation, water quality improvement.
This paper is aim to do hardware design for high-rise residential buildings constant pressure water supply, apply vertical partitions in order to realize constant water supply. Low-work gets water directly from municipal water work. Middle and work gets water by variable frequency control of motor speed to maintain constant pressure water supply.
