摘要
本文在大量收集世界各国最新海事研究报告和世界各主要船级社颁布的最
新资料和数据的基础上对世界航运市场和造船市场的现状和发展趋势作了研究
和预测而且还阐述了执行船舶安全和环境保护的海事新规则所带来的影响
本文特别对年中国要成为世界第一造船大国进行了预测并辩证地提出
了发展中国造船的主要对策和措施最后作者还对高校如何在中国造船工业的
腾飞中作出新贡献提出了自己的建议

Shipbuilding Market with Its Influence on China Shipbuilding Industry

Abstract
Based on the data published by major classification societies and latest annual
report of the other countries, the thesis studies on the current situation of the world
shipping & shipbuilding market and their trend. In addition, it expounds the IMO
New Regulations and its influence.
With regard to Chinese shipbuilding industries development plan of reaching
the leading shipbuilding country in the world in 2015, the thesis gives the
points of view of its possibility and the proposal for the plan.
