摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,工业企业在国民经济和社会成长中发挥着不可替代的作用。工业企业是推动国民经济发展,构造市场经济主体,促进社会稳定的基础力量。特别是当前,在确保国民经济适度增长、实现科教兴国、缓解就业压力、优化经济结构等方面,工业企业均发挥着越来越重要的作用。企业要想在激烈的竞争中生存与发展,就必须加强企业自身的财务管理,进行管理控制。企业管理以财务管理为核心,这已经成为现代工业企业管理的常识。它是根据财经法规制度,按照财务管理原则,组织企业财务活动,处理财务关系的经济工作。然而企业在快速发展的同时,由于其特殊的经营方式,使其在财务管理方面常常存在这样或那样的问题,成为了制约企业发展的重要因素之一。
本文以沈煤集团多种经营公司为例,从财务管理理论入手,对该公司的筹资管理、营运资金管理、投资管理三个方面进行分析,提出了该公司筹资困难、筹资方式单一、呆滞品库存过高、应收账款过高以及该公司投资方面的问题,并对此提出了相应的解决对策。

Abstract
With the rapid development of our economy, Industrial Enterprises in the national economy and social growth plays an irreplaceable role. Industrial enterprises is to promote economic development, market economy, the main structure, the power to promote social stability. Especially the present, to ensure appropriate growth of the national economy to achieve through science and education to ease the employment pressure, optimizing the economic structure, the industrial enterprises are playing an increasingly important role. Enterprises are to survive in the petition and development, we must strengthen their financial management, management control. Enterprise management to financial management as the core, it has e a modern industrial enterprise management knowledge. It is based on financial laws and regulations, in accordance with the principles of financial management, organization of corporate finance activities, processing of financial relations between economic work. But at the same time in the fast development of enterprises, due to its special mode of operation, make its in financial management often there is this or that kind of problem, e one of the factors that restrict its development.
