摘要
本工程为“嘉州新城七期B区商住楼”。本工程位于乐山市中心城区肖坝大件公路与大渡河之间地块,即大渡河大桥西侧、大件公路南侧,东侧为肖坝车站。建筑层数为11+1层;基础采用预应力管桩基础;主体为框架剪力墙结构;建筑面积23923m2;工期为376个日历天。
我方施工单位已做好进场准备。为了保证施工顺利的进行和按期保质保量的完成工程项目,针对本工程的特点和工期的要求,我方通过参考建设单位提供的工程资料以及本单位测量的参数,研究计划了详细的施工计划和部署:施工组织机构的建立;施工准备计划;劳动力组织计划;施工总平面布置;主体、装饰、防水工程施工方案;质量保证措施等。
为加快施工进度,本工程各楼层框架剪力墙结构,均采用整体浇筑混凝土的方法。并且采用新型的模板和先进的施工技术,保证在安全文明施工的前提下,按期保质的完成全部工程。并且在现场组建项目部,对工程的进展进行实时控制和管理。

Abstract
This engineering is "JiaZhou newtown st" seven times. This project is located in leshan city center XiaoBa big highway and dadu river bridge between west area, namely dadu river, south east road, bulky for XiaoBa station. Construction layer of 11 + 1 layer; Foundation adopts prestressed pipe pile foundation; Subject to frame shear wall structure; Construction area of 23923m2; Time limit for 376 calendar days.
we are already well into the construction unit preparations. In order to ensure construction smoothly and schedule of quality and quantity pleted projects, according to the characteristics of the engineering project requirement, we with reference to the construction unit by providing engineering material and this unit measured parameters, the detailed research plan of construction plan and deployment: the anization establishment; Construction preparation plan; anization plan; Construction general layout; Subject, adornment, waterproof construction project; Quality assurance measures, etc.
To accelerate the construction schedule, the project each floor frame shear wall structure, all use whole pouring the concrete method. And a new template and advanced construction technology, ensure safe civilized construction in the premise, pletion of all projects to follow. And in the form of engineering projects department, the progress on always control and management.
