摘要:跨入21世纪,我们面临着一个崭新的时代,以计算机为核心的信息技术正给人类社会带来重大变革。它正改变人类的工作、生活、经济运作和信息交流的方式,为今天的时代赋予新的内容,这些变革也使传统的学习方式面临着全新的机遇和挑战。随着建构主义学习理论的发展,多媒体计算机和网络通信技术作为其理想认知工具,能有效地促进学习者的认知发展,从而使成千上万不同地区不同阶层不同学习类型的人们,可以打破时空限制,用最低的投入及成本获得最佳的学的不断提高,促使人们对自我发展的需求不断增强,传统的教育方式有着地域、时间以及信息量的限制,无法满足其自主学习、个性追求、心理需求、文化艺术及精神需求的渴望。因此,网上学习正愈来愈显示出其强大的生命力,并在世界范围内逐渐扩大其影响。
