小型钢坯步进式加热炉液压传动系统
摘要步进式加热炉用于加热小型初轧坯。加热炉炉床由固定梁和步进梁两部分组成,步进梁由双重轮对的多轴框架支承,其外侧走轮由液压缸驱动,可在倾斜轨道上滚动,使步进梁作上升或下降运动。其内侧托轮直接托住步进梁,而步进梁则由另一液压缸带动,可在托轮上作水平前进或后退运动。通过两缸的操作,使步进梁作矩形轨迹运动,各段运动的行程可以调节,操纵方式可以连续或手动操纵。同一液压油源供双排炉床的步进梁传动,可以同时或交替动作;并可逆向运动,作为倒空炉内钢坯之用。由于作升降动作的液压缸和作水平动作的液压缸需要实现无级调速,所以采用了节流调速回路中的进口节流调速和出口节流调速。通过液压传动系统的设计,可实现上述各个动作。
