安徽省高校教师体育锻炼现状与对策
摘要:文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法。对安徽省高校教师体育锻炼现状进行了抽样调查,并对获得有关体育锻炼频率与时间、主要形式、时段、项目、场所和对体育锻炼经济投入及体育锻炼动机、体育锻炼认知和体育锻炼态度等方面的数据进行了比较分析,提出了增进高校教师健康的对策和建议。

Abstract: this paper adopts literature data method, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics research into the samples of the Anhui university teachers' physical exercise status , and make parative analisis of the data of the physical exercise frequency and time, and the main form, time, place, and the project exercise economic investment and physical training motivation, physical exercise cognitive and physical exercise attitude and then put forward the suggestio
