摘要
电子商务是我国“十二五”发展规划的战略性新兴产业。2012年 1 月 16 日,NIC)发布《第二十九次中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》。我国电子商务市场强劲发展,在国内掀起了电子商务网站建设的热潮,众多投资者纷纷建立了自己的电子商务网站进行商业活动。本文以我国中小企业电子商务网站为研究对象,针对中小企业电子商务网站的运营特点,构建一套科学合理的电子商务网站评价指标体系,为中小企业电子商务网站建设和网站运营进行量化,提供电子商务网站评价和测量方法,从而针对中小企业电子商务网站现有不足采取有效改进措施,以提高我。本文研究的意义在于,运用管理学的研究方法和步骤,利用层次分析法(AHP)建立起了电子商务网站综合评价指标体系和评价模型,丰富了电子商务网站评价的理论和方法;本研究的实际意义在于,所构建的综合评价指标体系和模型可以直接用于实际中电子商务网站的评价和自评,也可以作为电子商务网站建设的参考材料;指标体系和模型的应用研究和最后的案例分析,可以对现实中电子商务网站的建设提供借鉴;整个研究对于投资者的决策也有较大的参考价值。
Abstract

In January 16, 2012, China work Information Center ( CNNIC ) released" the twenty-ninth China development report". With the vigorous development of merce marketinour country, there is a construction boom in merce website set investors have set up their own merce website mercial activity.
This article take small and merce website of medium-sizedenterprise in domestic as the research object ,construct a set of scientific andreasonable merce website evaluation index system for small andmedium enterprises in view of theoperation characteristics of them to quantify merce website construction and website operation, merce web-site evaluation andmeasurement methods, and taking effectiveimprovement measures for merce website of small and medium-sizedenterprise to consummate their exsiting ings in order to improve the operationlevel of small and medium-sized enterprise merce website in ourcountry.
This article establishes a merce website evaluation indicator systemand evaluation model and enriches the merce website evaluation theoryand method using the research method and procedure of management science and theAnalytic Hierarchy Process ( AHP ). The practical significance of this article lies that the construction of prehensive evaluation index system and model can be usedfor actual merce website evaluation and self evaluation directly, but alsocan be used
