the present agri-tech popularizing system in the farm of Xinjiang production and
construction corps was born with the condition of planning economy and traditional
management constitution. To face with the new demand of balancing the development of the
town and village and propelling the new village construction, the problem is being exposed.
So a proper agri-tech popularization seems to be essential to carter to the new step of the
corps and the farms have got to. Thereby it will be useful to propel to industrialization
urbanization, and agri-modernization, in order to product a integration of urban and rural
economic and social development pattern.
This research is based on the analysis and retrospect of the recent condition and
developing process on the agri-tech of No. 121 farm of the corps. With the real facts of
agriculture development, this paper analysis the existing problems and reason and is engaged
in constructing a agri-tech popularizing system to go with the demand of the industrialization
urbanization, and agri-modernization in the new era and to improve the constitution of the
agri-tech popularization.
This research widely uses and analyses the result of the relative research by the other
experts, combining with normative analysis and Empirical Analysis, comprehensive survey and Model
Case, Theoretical deduction and Economic summarizes besides some practical surveys.
This paper employs Archival, interviewing and questionnaire methods to make research and analysis on
the agri-tech in No121 farm. The paper points out that the corps are lack of high quality tech workers as
well as Implausible structure, low wages, funds short, negative working attitude, inferior popularizing
means. With the new developing prospect of the corps, new system of the agri-tech and the relative
constitutions such as running, investing and education has being constructed, in order to realize the
popularization of agri-tech system.
