开发中存在的主要矛盾
一是老区严重水淹,平面剩余油分布零散单稠油自2006年起,先后进行了加密、调整、新建等共投产新井302口,综合含水基本稳定在85%,一定程度掩盖了老区水淹的加剧,但自2010年后,新井投产井数减少,老区含水上升明显,%%。二是汽窜程度加剧,纵向动用程度差异大目前单稠油汽窜井次已由2008年164井次上升至237井次,汽窜现象由单对发展成多对向汽窜,同层汽窜发展为不同层间管外汽窜,汽窜影响产量逐年加大。三是油井况日益恶化,油井治理难度加大目前我矿投产油井689口,长期停产井324口,%,因套损长停65口,带病生产井31口,其中8口为2012年治理后带病生产,给后续治理带来隐患。
二、单家寺稠油综合递减控制方案实施情况
转变开发思路,精细井层分析,笼统注汽改为分层注汽
为了进一步改善纵向油层动用不均衡的问题,近年来共实施各类分层注汽4井次均取得了一定的效果,,累计增油5864t。
