摘要:近年来,伴随着全球经济的增长,环境污染日益严重,环境恶化问题已成为各国关注的重要问题之一。同时,随着国际贸易自由化的发展,传统的关税壁垒等一些原有贸易保护措施的作用日益削弱。于是,在国际贸易中,各国以保护环境为名行贸易保护之实的绿色贸易壁垒逐渐兴起并日渐加强。我国在加入WTO后,在对外贸易中将不可避免的遭遇绿色贸易壁垒,这就要求我们全面客观地看待绿色贸易壁垒,适应绿色贸易壁垒,并学会利用绿色贸易壁垒,以在促进我国对外贸易的可持续发展。本文深入我国出口贸易现状,介绍国际贸易中绿色贸易壁垒的主要内容、形式及其基本特点,了解这种贸易壁垒对我国出口贸易多方面的影响,然后再从可持续发展的目的出发,提出了我国出口行业应对绿色贸易壁垒的一系列策略与措施。

Abstract: In recent years, followed the global economic growth, the environmental pollution is being day by day serious, the environmental deterioration question has e one of various countries' attention important questions. At the same time, along with the international trade liberalization's development, the traditional tariff barrier and so on some original trade protective measures' function weakens day by day. Therefore, in the international trade, various countries take protects the environment to emerge gradually reality of as the good trade protection green trade protectionism and to strengthen day after day. Our country after joining WTO, in the foreign trade the inevitable bitter experience green trade protectionism, this will request us to regard the green trade protectionism prehensively, the adaptation green trade protectionism, and the academic society uses the green trade protectionism, by is promoting our country foreign trade sustainable development. This article rates our country export trade present situation, introduces in the international trade the green trade protectionism primary coverage, the form and the essential feature, understood that this kind of trade protectionism to our country export trade various influence, then embarked again from sustainable development's goal, proposed our country export profession dealt with the green trade protectionism a series of strategies and the measure.
