摘要
论文详细介绍了学校监控与报警系统的原理、设计原则、设计思想、解决方案等。解决了人力巡逻、单纯视频监控而无报警系统等传统监控报警的缺陷。基于数字图像处理的监控报警系统是利用先进技术、采用数字图像处理技术、红外报警技术、自动拨号技术实现时监控现场的自动监控管理。保安人员通过监控系统随时掌握监控区域内的人员活动情况,检查各个重点部位的安全状况,防祸患于未然。夜间静场后,可自动布防,一旦有人员出入防范区或出现其它异常情况,红外报警系统会自动发出警报,并提示值班人员发生报警的区域部位,显示可能采取对策的系统。同时配合前端摄像机、可实现人防、技防的统一协调,及时制止破坏发生,同时为今后取证提供有力证据。使校园安全管理实现人防、物防、技防相结合的安全防范系统。可以大大提高工作效率、节省费用及提高信息自动化水平。

ABSTRACT
Paper introduces the monitoring and alarm system the school principle, design principles, design ideas, solutions.
