摘要
液化天然气(LNG)作为天然气的一种应用形式,在天然气的储存和运输方面都具有十分明显的优越性。液化天然气中的饱和水分在一定条件下可能形成碳氢水合物,严重时可能堵塞液化系统的管路和设备。对于含H2S、CO2的天然气,由于水分的作用,它们将形成具有腐蚀性的酸液,从而造成设备与管线的严重腐蚀。所以,对液化天然气原料气必须进行脱水处理。
本课题结合巴彦淖尔华油天然气LNG项目的实际情况,介绍了液化天然气技术的基本知识及天然气的脱水工艺流程,采用分子筛脱水系统对天然气进行深度脱水。再生气加热炉是脱水工艺的关键设备之一,采用计算机控制,控制系统由PCI-6011A板卡和IPC-610工控机组成,对燃烧过程采用串级比值控制方案。在系统运行过程中,需要随时跟踪和了解生产的实际情况,所以本课题采用MCGS组态监控软件设计了人机交互界面,对生产过程进行实时监控,保证生产的安全和正常运行。

Abstract
Liquefied natural gas (LNG) as an application form of natural gas, natural gas storage and transportation in all aspects of the superiority is very obvious. Liquefied natural gas in saturated water under certain conditions may form hydrocarbon hydrate, serious when may jam liquefaction system equipment and piping. To contain the H2S, CO2 gas, due to the effect of water, they will form corrosive acid, thus causing serious corrosion equipment and piping. So, for LNG feedgas must undertake dehydration.
The subject of oil gas LNG project bayinnaoer China's actual situation, introduces the basic knowledge of liquefied natural gas (LNG) technology and the dehydration process, natural gas system using molecular sieve dehydration in-depth dehydration. Recycle gas is dehydration process of reheating furnace is one of the key equipment, computer control system, control of PCI card and IPC 6011A - 610 - bustion process puter adopted cascade ratio control scheme. In the system operation process, for the production of tracking and actual conditions, so this topic by MCGS software design for the man-machine interface, real-time monitoring of production process, and ensure the normal operation of production safety.
