摘要: 水泥土搅拌桩广泛地应用于复合地基、挡土墙、软地基加固及基坑止水帷幕中,以其经济有效的方式满足地基沉降和承载力的要求。本文结合徐州港顺堤河码头斗轮机轨道基础水泥土搅拌桩施工实例,介绍了水泥土搅拌桩施工过程控制,针对施工质量问题进行了成因分析,对施工工艺进行了进一步改进;结果显示搅拌桩整体搅拌均匀,成桩质量好,综合评定为优良桩。

Abstract: Cement-soil mixed piles is widely used posite foundation, retaining walls, the reinforcement of soft foundation and pit curtain, sealing in its cost-effective way to meet the foundation settlement and bearing capacity requirements. In this paper, for instance of the cement-soil mixed piles of Xuzhou port embankment river pier bucket wheel track basis, author introduced throughout the construction process of the cement-soil mixed piles, analyzed the late quality problem, and construction technology were further improved. The results showed that mixed piles was stired evenly into a pile of good quality, and prehensively assess
